In this video I Repaired 22W LED Ceiling Light Repair. Its LED Panel has 22 sets of 5 LEDs connected in parallel. Its LED Driver (56 to 96 volt nominal ouotput at 280 milliampere) was giving 127 volt (open circuit voltage). During this troubleshooting process i found Open circuit LEDs, Short circuit LEDs & Weak LEDs. I Fixed the 4 damaged LED sets by bypassing those sets. In Episode #1451 i shared a detailed step by step repair and troubleshooting process of 18 watt to 22 Watt LED Ceiling spotlight Light Repair. I fixed its LED driver by replacing its cutrrent sense resistor. If you are looking for "How to troubleshoot and repair LED ceiling light / spotlight, then this vide is for you. I repair a 22W LED ceiling spotlight/panel light with multiple LED failures and a defective LED driver. During troubleshooting, I found: ✔ 1 set of 5 LEDs completely open circuit ✔ 2 LED sets short circuit ✔ 1 LED set showing only 0.7V forward voltage drop ✔ Only 18 out of 22 LED sets were serviceable To restore operation, I bypassed the 4 damaged LED sets and tested the remaining LEDs. I also diagnosed the LED driver, which was producing an abnormal output voltage of 127V DC despite a rated output range of 56-96V DC. After calculating and replacing the current sense resistor, the LED driver returned to normal operation and the ceiling light was successfully repaired. This video demonstrates practical LED panel repair techniques, LED testing methods, LED driver troubleshooting, current sense resistor calculation, and fault diagnosis for ceiling-mounted LED lights.
